Amsterdam on the Rio Grande

As Lee Wilson points out, Mexican President Vicente Fox plans to sign a bill within the next few days legalizing the personal use of drugs like marijuana, LSD, cocaine, amphetamines, and heroin.

No truth to the rumor that President Bush has scheduled a dimplomatic trip (no pun intended) to Mexico for next week... for old times sake.
